WinGDB End User License Agreement
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an intellectual property of SOFT-ERG, except portions explicitly stated below
in the "Third Party Software Components" section. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed as "try before you buy". The trial (unregistered) version of the 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("TRIAL SOFTWARE"), may be freely distributed, provided the distribution 
package is not modified copy of the original distribution package from SOFT-ERG. You may not charge 
any fee for the copy or use of the TRIAL SOFTWARE itself, but you may charge a distribution fee that is 
reasonably related to any cost you incur distributing the TRIAL SOFTWARE (e.g. packaging). You must 
not represent in any way that you are selling the TRIAL SOFTWARE itself. Your distribution of the TRIAL 
SOFTWARE will not entitle you to any compensation from SOFT-ERG.

You may install the TRIAL SOFTWARE to test and evaluate for 30 days. Following this test period of 30 
days or less, if you wish to continue to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you must register. 

After you have purchased the license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you will receive the file enabling the 
registered copy for single workstation computer. The registered copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be 
run on that workstation computer without restrictions, provided that essential hardware components (the 
processor and the network interfaces) are not changed. There are technological measures in this 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT that are designed to prevent unlicensed use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 
SOFT-ERG will not collect any personally identifiable information from your workstation computer. 

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works of the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT or otherwise modify the code-level operation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

You may not rent, lease, lend, resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, unless 
explicitly permitted by a separate agreement with SOFT-ERG.

SOFT-ERG may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Support 
Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by the SOFT-ERG policies described on the SOFT-ERG 
website, in the user manual and/or in other materials provided by SOFT-ERG. Any supplemental software 
code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. 

SOFT-ERG may, from time to time, revise or update the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. In so doing, 
SOFT-ERG incurs no obligation to furnish such revision or updates to you. 

You assume responsibility for, among other things, (i) the selection of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to 
achieve your intended results, (ii) the acquisition of other software (including any programming or 
operating system software) and/or equipment compatible with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and (iii) the 
installation, use and results obtained from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supplied "as is" and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 
SOFT-ERG and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, 
but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and 
non-infringement, with regard to SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and the provision of or failure to provide 
Support Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SOFT-ERG or its suppliers be liable 
for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, 
damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other 
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or the provision of 
or failure to provide Support Services, even if SOFT-ERG has been advised of the possibility of such 
damages. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, the 
above limitation may not apply to you. 

Without prejudice to any other rights, SOFT-ERG may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the 
terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCTS and all of its component parts.

If any part of this EULA is held by a court or competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable the validity of the 
remainder of this EULA will not be affected. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance 
with Polish law. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish Courts to 
resolve all controversies or claims of whatever nature arising out of or relating to this EULA. 

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms 
and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement 
between you and SOFT-ERG which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any 
other communications between you and SOFT-ERG relating to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SOFT-ERG.
